The Carlstic Group Ltd (Carlstic) routinely captures photographs, audio, and video recordings during our in-person events. By attending any Carlstic event, you agree that photographs and video footage containing your likeness may be taken and used by Carlstic for various purposes without requiring your express written consent. These purposes may include inclusion in Carlstic’s educational materials, news releases, promotional content, both online and offline, on our website(s), and for commercial uses.

To protect individuals’ privacy, Carlstic will not identify or publish images using full names or personal identifying information without obtaining written approval from the individuals portrayed.

If you attend a Carlstic event (or one in which we are participating) and do not wish to have your image recorded for distribution, please inform the event organizers, and a special tag will be provided to indicate your preference.

By participating in a Carlstic event or by failing to provide written notification of your desire to withhold your photograph from Carlstic’s use, and/or by not wearing the identifying tag provided during the event, you agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Carlstic from any and all claims arising from the use of your picture or likeness.
